I use a person centred approach to coaching, mentoring & consultative projects and workshops, building authentic relationships and creating real connection to help unlock potential and new thinking. With nearly 30 years of experience in corporate & SME business, & more than 20 running my coaching consultancy, I am a post grad trained executive business coach, mentor and consultant driven by a core purpose to help business do better for people, places and planet.
In addition to the three strategic pillars that I work with, I also work on delivery of funded programmes and projects, writing & teaching MBA modules, working with clients & delivering value within online & face to face settings.

I offer a range of flexible packages and ways of working to adapt to your time, project or budget. Typically, this is how the process works:
Discovery or diagnostic call - rapport & 'fit' are key when working with coaching or consultancy in your business. This 30 minute online chat will allow us to ask questions & shape potential opportunities - without obligation.
Scoping the work - we will agree a best way forward to maximise positive outcomes and impacts for you and your business. This can be package based or a bespoke option.
Working together - depending on which option you've chosen, we will work together online or face to face with clear goals and outcomes in mind.
Results - you and your business will uncover more clarity and confidence with the support of our work together.

About me.
As an owner of my own coaching consultancy business and more recently, founder of Simply Club, I’ve worked most often with people and businesses who want to make a difference. I love working with businesses who are looking to create some change and individuals who are transforming lives through business. I work closely with founders and leaders to help implement that change, develop thinking and strategies and evolve ideas and cultures, with sustainability (in all its forms) in sharp focus. Here are some options to work with me.
My approach is person centred, down to earth, full of empathy, warmth and without jargon. My values of connection and making a difference remain at the core of my work and I believe that relationships enable change. I work in person, online and within your teams, as well as part of a strategic project.
One to One Work - a one hour 1:1 coaching consultancy session online or face to face (depending on location & plus travel). Each session will establish clear goals and create actions and next steps. £150 or 6 pre booked from £765
Ongoing Support - 6-12 month coaching consultancy to take you and/or your team through a project or transformation. These are usually face to face but can be hybrid across the months. Each month includes a 2 hour coaching, consultancy or workshop style initiative. This package will have clear goals and outputs built in at the start of the work as well as an agreed action plan after each month. £400 a month. Please note these packages are subject to my availability and may need to be scheduled in advance.
Strategic Workshops & Facilitation - develop a bespoke strategy day with me or choose from one of my signature topics that fall under the 3 key pillars of people, places & planet. From £850. Find out more.
Simply Club members - as the founder of Simply Club and passionate micro business champion, I offer a special package for businesses with 0-5 employees & who are members of Simply Club. This is a one hour coaching consultancy session, either online or face to face (depending on location + travel) and includes goal setting and action points. £100
